By accessing or using The Progressive Trailblazer ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or use the App. The App is offered only to residents of the United States, excluding the State of California; the App is not offered to, and may not be used by, California residents. By using the App, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and not a resident of the State of California.
The App provides market analysis, research summaries, and educational content for informational purposes only. Nothing in the App constitutes investment advice, a solicitation, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security. All analysis is generated using automated systems and publicly available data. You should not rely solely on any information provided by the App when making investment decisions.
The App is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner. We are not acting as a fiduciary to any user.
Certain tools within the App display hypothetical or simulated performance results (including but not limited to the What-If Simulator, DCA Simulator, Time Machine, and Portfolio Sandbox). The "Buffett Lens" is an educational feature inspired by publicly available value-investing principles. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Warren Buffett, Berkshire Hathaway, or any related person or entity.
Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. Your subscription grants access to analytical tools and educational content, not investment advice or personalized financial guidance.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, depending on the plan you choose, and begin with a 3-day free trial where offered. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the payment method you provide at checkout will be charged the plan price shown, and your subscription will automatically renew at that price each billing period until you cancel. You will receive a written acknowledgment of these terms when you subscribe, and a reminder before each annual renewal.
You may cancel at any time from your account billing settings, online, with no fees and no phone calls. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. Except where required by applicable law, payments already made are not refunded for partial billing periods.
Market data, financial information, and AI-generated outputs may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information presented. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
You are solely responsible for your investment decisions. The App is a tool to support your research, not a substitute for professional financial advice. We strongly encourage you to consult a qualified financial professional before making investment decisions.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Progressive Trailblazer and its operators shall not be liable for any investment losses, financial damages, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App or reliance on any information it provides, and our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, misrepresent your eligibility (including age or state of residence), abuse the service (including automated scraping, attempting to bypass access controls, or repeated trial abuse), or where required by law. If we terminate your account without cause, we will refund the unused portion of any prepaid subscription period. You may stop using the App and cancel your subscription at any time as described in Section 3.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Dakota, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in North Dakota, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
